After the loss of his best friend in February 2019, he fully committed to AI technology for people with dementia and their caregivers. In mid-2020, he submitted a QoLEAD project proposal to ZonMW/Health Holland, which was awarded to the current team a year later, with which the proposal was developed in detail. His passion is to use AI for a happier life with dementia so that they can stay independently at home with a good quality of life. As an entrepreneur with expertise in AI, decision-making, and international market expansion, he creates new opportunities and business models for affordable products worldwide, benefiting everyone with dementia.
