Susan is an Assistant Professor in Innovation Studies at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University. She received her PhD degree at Maastricht University with a dissertation on perspectives of ageing-in-place via the study of a social policy towards ageing-in-place. Currently, she is involved in a variety of (inter)national projects related to health and ageing innovations, with a focus on exploring the responsible innovation and implementation and the co-creation of values and technologies.
